Our Table Tennis Coaching Philosophy
At The Colosseum Sports, our program of table tennis instruction focusses on technical skills, developing reflexes at speed and playin an intelligent game. Whether your a novice or accomplished tournament player we will guarantee you develop and move forward.
Specialized in training players at our academy, the same we teach are proven skills and techniques ('the fundamentals'!) which include grip, stance, footwork/ball control - as well as topspin/backspin control of topspin balls, smash/block variations and serve variations! Dedicated multi-ball attachments are included for focused, speed and timing training in each session.
Players are coached with drills, assessments and match-like simulations so they receive customized attention. Learning starting from learning the basic strokes to fine-tuning competitive strategies Our coaching pathway prepares the players for top performance at all levels.
We help them gain confidence in competition through physical preparation, exercises that strengthen focus and strategy-based training programs.
