Our Table Tennis Coaching Philosophy
Table Tennis, we are training for strong technique, faster reflexes and tactical smarts. Whether you are a beginner or playing competitively, you will grow steadily from our sessions.
Our certified coaches teach you correct grip, stance, movement, ball control, spin on the ball technique for forehand/backhand stroke play as well as looping (Heavy), blocking, smashing and service variations. All sessions include multi-ball for timing, speed, and accuracy.
Players get individualized feedback and corrections, performance statistics, and match-based learning. The curriculum is meant to develop players in offensive and defensive aspects of the game.
From rookies to regional champions we help players develop confidence, agility and smarts on the table.
