Cancellation by Customer
The Colosseum Sports believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order has already been billed and the process of shipping them has been initiated.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that The Colosseum Sports's marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine`s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Cancellation by The Colosseum Sports
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. In the case of cash-on-delivery, the cancelled portion will not be charged.
Fraudulent /Declined Transactions
Our payment gateway constantly monitors the user`s account to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. The Colosseum Sports reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the website fraudulently. The Colosseum Sports reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, The Colosseum Sports reserves the right to immediately delete such account and dishonour all past and pending orders without any liability for the purpose of this clause, The Colosseum Sports shall owe no liability for any refunds.
Return / Exchange Policy
We want our equipment to optimize your game, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns. If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your gear, please do the following to return your item to us:
Contact Customer Care to report your return (please provide your order number and name of the item to be returned.
Arrange for the item to be shipped back to us. We suggest you either use the original shipper for your returns or that you use another service that allows you to track and insure your package until we receive it. We can only issue you replacement/refund once we have received the item, so make sure it arrives safely to us!
Please ensure your order number is on the outside of the package and that the returned gear is unused and comes with its original packaging for a full refund. Also, include your original invoice in the return.
Once we receive the item we will immediately inspect it to make sure it meets our terms and conditions (see below).
If the returned item meets our requirements you will receive the refund in the form of store credit (105%) to the sales value of the item returned, or refund of your amount.
Terms and conditions for returns:
Item must be unused and in their original condition
All original tags (including brand tags and the colosseum sports tag) and packaging must be attached to the item. For example, a returned shoe must come with the tags, shoe box, paper wrapping and any free shoe bags (if applicable)
Sale and Limited-Edition items cannot be returned
The Colosseum Sports reserves the right to reject any return claim.
Badminton frames strung at custom tension on customer's request by The Colosseum Sports are strictly non-returnable because we believe that every frame we sell to our customers must be brand new and strung only once.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all and any postal address in India.. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, hence we kindly request you to provide us with the full street address along with the pin code / zip code with phone numbers.
For a special or preferred delivery date, the customer must mention the delivery date at the time of placing the order. We shall try our best to make the delivery on the mentioned date. However, The Colosseum Sports will take no responsibility for delay in the same, due to any unforeseen circumstances. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
Also, be aware that all shipments to any college/school/hostel are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or if it is refused for any reason, The Colosseum Sports will under no circumstance issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall The Colosseum Sports attempt re-shipment of the same order.
Deliveries are usually made during normal working hours of courier companies and these may vary from city to city. Please also note that there are no shipments made from our warehouse on Sundays and public holidays as no pick-ups are made on these days.
Time to Ship
For each item, we have mentioned the time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative values only and the items may be shipped sooner or later, depending upon the availability of the item and other factors. It is advisable to email us with the pin/zip codes to get more accurate time to ship estimates.
Your product will be shipped as soon as possible after the payment verification is complete.
All orders placed on Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the following working day
If for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping the items, you will be notified by email.
However, any dates for delivery are approximations only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order. If need be, we may deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may also offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order.
Shipment and Tracking details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number, along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page.
The tracking number for the order which has been shipped may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier company's website.
Shipping address changes
A request for changing the shipping address will be accepted only before it is shipped. You may send your alteration request to support@The Colosseum Sports.in and the needful will be done.
The option of multiple addresses in the same order is currently not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. The Colosseum Sports is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. It is our aim to deliver the products to you as soon as possible.
Kindly note that in case of all orders, The Colosseum Sports will be responsible for handing over the products to the courier companies on behalf of the buyer/consignee. It shall be assumed that the order is for personal use only, until and unless otherwise specifically indicated by the buyer/consignee.
The Colosseum Sports insures all orders against damage during transit. However, to get a refund against products received in damaged condition, the customer must record the damage with the delivery person at the time of delivery and share the proof by writing to us within 24hrs of delivery received and we will either replace your product, if the same is available with us, or refund your entire amount back. To ensure reliability we only use reputed courier companies and provide you with the corresponding tracking number as well.
